Browse or search for an event, click "View Details", choose your ticket category and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You can pay via mobile money (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and others). Your QR-code ticket will be sent by SMS and email.

We accept Vodacom M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Tigo Pesa, and Halotel. Additional payment methods may be available depending on the event. All prices are in TZS.

After confirmed payment, your ticket with a unique QR code is displayed on screen and sent to your phone number by SMS. If you provide an email address, a copy is also sent there.

First check that the phone number you entered is correct. Wait up to 5 minutes for the SMS to arrive. If it still hasn't come, use the "Send Again" button on the confirmation screen, or contact our support team with your booking reference.

Yes, a clear screenshot of the QR code is accepted at the venue, provided the booking reference number is also visible. Ensure the screen brightness is high when presenting at entry.

Ticket transfer policies are set by each event organizer. Where transfers are allowed, you can share your ticket QR code with the attending person. The QR code is single-use and will be invalidated upon first scan.

If an event is officially cancelled by the organizer, 252/TLPay will notify you by SMS and email. Refund processing follows the organizer's cancellation policy. Contact support if you have not received a refund within the stated period.
